We are currently trying to decipher the "personality" data in the sample 70-255 portable we have in the "lab".

Question:  Look at the top panel labelling shown in the pic.  Note the PRI and LOCAL functions.

Is this standard, or did the Syntech portables have a scan functionality/selection more like the Syntech 1 mobiles?
